I really love this game. It IS a tab bit expensive, but its worth it! Really fun and HARD shmup from Cave... Whats not to love!?
Love the HD conversation. Cave should do this with all their games.
Cave is doing one of the best games in this genre, Espgaluda is one of them.

Some bad moments

This is a great damaku shooter, one of the better bullet shooter hell games i have tried, its fun and quite easy too play, the controls are good, i did have my doubts that useing your finger to fly around but its quite easy even a skilled player Can easy Pick up this game and ahold As easy As in any danmaku shooter. A really good buy for the fans of this kind of game.
Cave does it again. A perfectly paced shoot em up, wonderful visuals, great sound. One of the best games in the app store.
The touch screen is perfect for controlling a shooter game - espgaluda 2 hd is the first "real" game Ive downloaded for the iPad. Exciting, lightning quick controls and gameplay, great music... Yay! Please, cave, make all your other iOS games available in hd mode like this one!
The game is great and looks wonderful on my iPad2. If you like fast action shooters, this is where you need to be! What I would like is a joystick option. If you hold the iPad in portrait, you can not move your character fully across the screen with just your thumb. Once your thumb stops moving, so does your character. This is a bit annoying and forces me to play with my hands down on the screen like a piano. It play just fine like that, my preference is simply being able to hold it in portrait. Lastly, some subtitles would be great, Overall, great shooter - I keep coming back looking for more Cave awesomeness!
love this game, love cave arcade games. was worried how the controls would be but they are Amazing. Would give it five stars but the smartphone mode is not so great. please give port bug panic for ipad!,,
Definitely worth the expensive price for both versions - one of my favorite games now... Only thing which might make it better would be AirPlay so I could watch it on my HDTV and use the iPad to control it.
